Park Hotel Tokyo announced on September 10 that it will hold an art exhibition titled “Becky –Cozy and Warm Winter!-” from December 2, 2019, to February 16, 2020.
Park Hotel Tokyo welcomes our guests with the form of “arrangement”, one of Japan’s aesthetic values, expressed through the medium of art. A series of art exhibitions are held representing the four seasons of Japan. In this 31st exhibition as part of this initiative, “ART colours”, works of the artist Becky will be exhibited to express “winter,” and wrap guests in the soothing warmth of her worldview.
Becky says “winter is a cold, yet warm season.” In the “Becky -Cozy and Warm Winter!-” exhibition, Becky will express the warmth in Winter that can only be felt thanks to the seasons cold. Her warm and fun artworks will be exhibited at the Park Hotel Tokyo to welcome guests throughout this season.
During the exhibition period, guests can enjoy an original cocktail and dessert that complement artworks at the ART Lounge. In the evening, powerful images with a motif of exhibited artworks will be projected on the 30-meter-high wall.
Park Hotel Tokyo General Manager Takayuki Suzuki said:
“In a tea house, a large kiln is used in the winter, and the furnace is located near the guests, to try to keep them as warm as possible. We welcome our guests by making a space that feels a little warm in the cold winter season.”

[ Becky’s Biography ]
Born in Kanagawa Prefecture, 1984.
Last year was Becky’s 20th anniversary since her debut as a tv personality/actress.
In 2020 she will appear in Mr. Takeshi Miike’s film, “First Love”. She also works as the MC in the popular television program, “Ainori”, which is approaching its third season. Her portfolio includes diverse engagements in the fields of television, film, radio, magazines, and commercials.
In 2017 she has joined an art project, “10,000yen Art”, which was setup by the broadcast writer, Mr. Mitsuyoshi Takasu. With this experience, she became interested in the world of art and started drawing. In December of the same year, she began contributing her drawings on a monthly basis to the serial publication, “InRed”, published by Takarajimasha.
Last year, starting with “NEWoMan ART wall (Tokyo), she held her first solo-exhibition titled, “To the sky”, in Osaka and Fukuoka Prefectures.
This will be her second solo-exhibition.

Park Hotel Tokyo, opened in 2003, is located on the 25th floor and above in the Shiodome Media Tower. The main entrance begins on the 25th floor where the lobby and reception desk are situated, alongside the restaurants and the bar.
